This page is maintained by Sold Home Studio and covers ordering, proofs, packs, shipping, refunds, and use of imagery. It applies to every order placed with the studio.

Sold Home Studio ("we", "us", the "Studio") produces custom, digitally illustrated canvas portraits of homes for real estate professionals and their clients. By placing an order — through the website, by email, or by any other channel — you agree to the terms on this page.
This page is maintained by Sold Home Studio and may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

Every order begins with a digital proof, which we send within 48 hours of receiving the property address and any reference photograph you'd like us to work from. Small revisions to the proof are free — nothing is printed until you approve the final digital rendering in writing.
If we don't hear back from you on a proof within 30 days, we may pause the order until you're ready to review it.

The Trio includes four portraits (three paid, one on us). The Season Pack includes seven portraits (six paid, one on us). Portraits within a pack may be redeemed at any time, in any order, and there is no expiry date.
Packs are non-transferable to another studio account without our written approval. Unredeemed portraits are refundable on request under the guarantee below.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of any sales tax that may apply based on the shipping address. Payment is due at the time of order.
For pack purchases (Trio, Season Pack), the full amount is billed up front and the credit is stored against your account for redemption on future closings.

We ship exclusively within the United States. Standard shipping is included on every order and delivers in 4–8 business days once the canvas leaves the studio. Priority shipping is available for $29.99 and delivers in 2–5 business days after the canvas finishes printing.

If the finished canvas arrives damaged, differs materially from the approved proof, or your client simply doesn't love it, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will either reprint the portrait at no cost or refund the price of that portrait in full.
For pack purchases, any unredeemed portraits are fully refundable at any time on written request.

You confirm that you have the right to use the listing photograph and property address you send us for the purpose of commissioning a portrait, and you grant us a limited license to use those inputs to produce and deliver your order.
We may occasionally feature finished portraits in our own marketing (website, social media, portfolio) without identifying the property, the owner, or the transaction. If you'd prefer we don't, tell us at the time of order and we'll flag the file as private.

Portraits are digitally illustrated in our studio — they are not hand-painted originals and are not photographs. They are printed on gallery-grade canvas, stretched over solid pine bars, and finished for wall display.
As with any printed piece, minor variations in color between the on-screen proof and the finished canvas are normal and are not a defect.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, delivery issues outside our control, or use of the finished portrait.
